> Acting

This 6-week course will teach the basic techniques of Acting. Course content includes improvisation, scene study, voice, movement, auditioning skills, cold-reading technique, and monologue presentation for auditioning. A great course for those whoÕve always wanted to learn more about the art of Acting.

> Scene Study

Have you been looking for an opportunity to hone your beginning or intermediate acting skills? A scene study is a great way to play in a fun, safe environment. Work with a partner and discover great roles from the great modern plays. Develop and grow with coaching and supportive feedback. Come with a desire to experiment and commitment to learn. Some work outside class will be required.

> Playwriting

For those playwrights, beginning to the accomplished, who are interested in exploring the process and unique nature of playwriting. The focus here is on your ideas as a jumping off point for hands on exercises to develop your craft. Course work will include structure, character, dialogue and staging. Special attention will be focused on strategies for getting your work produced.
